It’s here again…the regular Gibraltar meet-up for bloggers TheEye and St.Crispin. Efforts to get the other AllSeeingEye contributors Max and David Vance here are ongoing – hopefully next time, guys?

Regulars here will have noticed the recent silence from co-blogger and all-round good egg St.Crispin.

A while ago he received a 48 hour Notice To Move, which put our chap on alert that his services were needed somewhere warm and dangerous. Sure enough, a few flights later he found himself on board HMS Liverpool off Libya doing the sort of things that people unfortunately need to do. Now he’s off to another (safer) task so the need for Persec is eased a little.

On the way he’s passing through Gibraltar so beers will be consumed over the next few days. If you’re a reader in the area and want to join us any time this week then drop us a line through the Email or Skype contacts on the left side of the blog.

A Horse’s Neck or three in the mess at HMS Rooke followed by a bimble around Town…who could turn down an offer like that, eh?

UPDATE: St Crispin’s girlfriend flew out to Gibraltar to meet him for the week, and today, at the very top of the Rock…he proposed and she accepted. 


Congratulations to them both. They are a wonderful couple.
