I was going to write something about this myself. Quite absurd. I’ll have a grand at any price on none of those landmarks being flooded in my lifetime … or that of my kids or grandkids.

Christ the Redeemer is a 40m statue on a 700m mountain, and these fucktroons have a model of it half covered by water. That indicates many millions of cubic km of extra water (well over 300 million by my quick and dirty estimates) and where’s it all coming from? They tell us that if all the ice melted the seas would rise by 80m, but that’s all the ice gone then. What then? More than 600m of thermal expansion? Of course not, because like so much else this is utter alarmist bollocks. Christ the Redeemer hip deep in water? It doesn’t even pass the giggle test.
