Rather like any bad game of rigged cards (and TheEye has been involved in his share) we learn nothing about the Iranian elections from the BBC. Vote for a scumbag…same as the last scumbag.

Except the bias is rather entertaining.

They are very excited about the election taking place between what they describe as the “ultra-conservative” Ahmadinejad and the “moderate” Mousavi. Noting the subtle use of the word “conservative” to describe the Holocaust denying Jew hating AmIADinnerJacket we learn that Mousavi is “moderate”. He is in favour of Iran’s nuclear programme (aka bye-bye Israel); he has been a water-carrier for Khamenei and is described as a “firm radical” -and of course he has a track record of anti-Americanism as documented on B-BBC.

This may of course change with useful idiot B Hussein “With My Muslim Faith” Obama in the Big House now.

All neatly ignored by the BBC when talking about the ‘moderate’ and ‘reformist’ Mousavi. Rather like the BBC, TheEye remains contractually obligated to pointlessly mention all candidates, so if you had your wages on Mohsen Razai or Mehdi Karroubi winning then you won’t be getting the beers in tomorrow.

Suffice it to say that both sides have declared victory and claimed irregularities so there will be dead bodies on the streets of the land of the Religion of Peace before the whole thing is over.
