Missed Opportunity
Treehuggers in the north of England are poised to grab the world record for the largest group tree hug.
On Sunday 821 volunteers travelled to the Delamere forest in Cheshire to take part in the record attempt, and 707 people managed to simultaneously hug a tree for one minute or more.
*sigh*

Plus convenient parking for an IRA-surplus van filled with fertilizer.
Is it wrong of me to wish it had fallen on them? Does that make me a bad person? 😉
Did anyone ask the tree(s) if it was OK to be hugged?? I think we should be told…

As some lawyers will claim that trees have ‘rights’ then there is bound to be a lawsuit in there somewhere. Guaranteed.
But there aren’t 821 Treehuggers in the North of England. I suspect they bussed this lot in from sunnier climes.
