eBay Find Of The Day
Possibly a consideration for the SDSR (Strategic Defence and Strategy Review)?
Certainly it is proof positive that you can get just about anything on eBay.
Your very own long range bomber; one careful owner, some scratches but complete with logbook and documentation. A snip at £10m ONO.
Well spotted by ASE writer St Crispin
Now that is pretty damn awesome.
Do you think they would let me use paypal ?????

Ten years ago this would have been paid for in a few briefcases of dollars, or a bag of diamonds. Now it’s eBay and Paypal with their not-so-small percentage fees. The ultimate defeat of communism!

I know someone who bought the carcass of a Hind helicopter (no engines) to put in the field next to his house sight unseen from eastern Europe. But it ended up costing too much to ship so its still out there. Great idea though.

I laughed at that too. You’d have to wonder what the excuse was….”goods not as described”?

That’s one way to keep the neighbours polite! Threatening to carpet bomb their patio will persuade anyone to keep the noise down after midnight.
