Guido has another video of the pure Hell on Earth that the BBC (and David Cameron) would have you believe is crushing the inhabitants of Gaza.

Looks like a great place to take a holiday and now’s the time to visit…Ramadan…no queues.. Except you’d be kept awake by the sounds of missiles being fired at Israel.

Let’s face it, the place is a shit-hole but you can’t blame them for trying.
I really can’t get excited about all this ..
What’s the difference between “Shalom” & “Salaam” ? … or “Joseph” & “Yussef” ? … or “Abraham” & “Ibrahim” ? …
Politics & half-an-inch of skin apart .. there’s nothing to choose between them, they’re as bad as each other ..
The trying is a good thing, and with that and the shopping centre they’re doing a good job sprucing the place up. It’s just you’d never guess any of it if you relied on the media for your ‘news’.
I like that. You’re the sort of person who would cheerfully sit Iran and Iraq next to each other at a conference claiming that you’d just arranged the chairs alphabetically…and then step back and watch the entertainment. Good stuff.

I dont rely on the media for any ‘news’ on any subject. MSM just follow and publish what others have already done so. Look at the global warming nonsense. Absolutely no investigation as to whether Amazongate, Glaciergate etc were true. But true to form, they all report scare stories first published by the likes of WWF.
Look at smaller scenarios recently. 2 Muslim girls claimed they were refused entry onto a bus because they were wearing Muslim headscarfs (hiqab? niqab?). Press dive straight in there and believe the girls’ story. Unfortunately the bus had CCTV and proved the girls were lying. Same happened with the woman with a baby who said she wasnt allowed on because she wanted to breastfeed her baby. CCTV yet again proved she lied.
Unfortunately we have a bunch of so-called young journalists who just want to try to make a name for themselves.
Yup .. that would work for me .. then we kick the living bejaysus out of whoever’s left standing & take over .. job done ..
Just the same with India & Pakistan when they had a ruck .. then the East & West Pakistanis decided to part brass rags with each other & we got Bangla-fucking-desh ..

You can get most of the real news (and comment on it too) with a handful of decent blogs bookmarked. And editors wonder why the dead-tree press is on the way out….
