Where Are They Now: The Ft Hood Killer

Remember Major Nidal Malik Hasan? The Religion of Peace guy? It’s been a year now since he jumped on a table, yelled “Alah Hu Akhbar” and began a shooting rampage that killed 13 and wounded 31. Obama was straight on the television (surprise) but didn’t use the T-word (surprise). It was “violence” apparently.

You know how we are shocked when we’re told there are civil servants it’s too tricky or expensive to sack? Or we’ll upset their Yuman Rights? Well it’s a lot more fun in the US…exactly a year later he’s still drawing his Army pay.

BELTON– Accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan is still drawing checks from the military but as of today he is without a bank to deposit them into after Bank of America put him on notice last month it will terminate his checking account. In a letter dated June 28, the bank informed Hasan it would close his account in 30 days. The letter does not give a reason for the action.

The move has caused Hasan’s legal team, led by Belton attorney John Galligan, to search for another bank willing to take on a client accused of killing 13 and attempting to kill 32 others in a Nov. 5 shooting spree on Fort Hood.

So far, six local bank branches have refused to allow Hasan to open an account to have his checks direct deposited, Galligan said.

Next he’ll be suing the banks who won’t take his blood money. And winning, doubtless. He was responsible for the first terrorist attack on US soil after 9/11…..why is he even still breathing one year down the line, let alone drawing a salary?
