It’s been a great day for those who loath Labour. It’s been an even better day for those who loath Gordon Brown.  The two sets of people overlap since many Labour people also seem to loath Gordon! Ministers have been resigning on the hour, every hour, even as Gordon insists that his shiny new cabinet of all the talent(less) is set to “get on with the work”. Caroline Flint – she who was at one point Minister for Fitness – has written a real scorcher of a resignation letter accusing Gordon of being a bit of a misogynist. She claims that our dysfunctional Prime Minister treats women as “window-dressing” – how dare he. I feel Caroline’s sense of outrage and little wonder she feels obliged to wear those thigh length boots and thigh revealing skirts to Cabinet meeting.
